Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged or defective.

    • The refund request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Mandatory Proof Requirement:

    • A timestamped video proof clearly showcasing the unboxing of the product, along with the visible damage or defect, is required.

    • The video should also display the original packaging for verification purposes.

  3. How to Request a Refund:

    • Attach the timestamped video proof along with your order details (order ID, name, and contact information).

  4. Processing Time:

    • Once the video proof is reviewed and approved by our quality assurance team, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  5. Important Notes:

    • Refund requests beyond the 24-hour window will not be entertained.

    • Refunds are applicable only to the original payment method used.

    • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery will not qualify for a refund.

 

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:

      • Damaged product received.

      • Incorrect product sent.

    • The exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Exchange Process:

    • Send an email to [contact.anaghya@gmail.com] or contact us at [+91 9501632510] with your order details and a timestamped video proof highlighting the issue.

    • Once the request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us.

    • The exchange will be processed only after the product is received and inspected by our team.

  3. Exchange Cost:

    • A flat fee of ₹200 will be charged to cover the to-and-fro shipping costs, which must be borne by the customer.

  4. Processing Time:

    • After the returned product is verified, the replacement will be dispatched within 7 business days.

  5. Important Notes:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery will not qualify for an exchange.
